At Mind Pill Therapy, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. That's why we offer a full refund within 24 hours of your booking confirmation, provided certain conditions are met.

You are eligible for a complete refund if you request it within 24 hours of making your payment. No questions asked, no hassle – just honest support.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund under our 24-hour policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • check_circleThe refund request is made within 24 hours of the original booking confirmation time.
  • check_circleThe session has not yet taken place or been completed.
  • check_circleFor multi-session bundles, none of the sessions have been used.
  • check_circleThe booking was made directly through our official platform or booking system.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

    Include Details: Provide your booking reference number, name, and contact information to help us locate your order quickly.

    Processing: Once verified, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • scheduleCredit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
  • scheduleUPI/Wallet Payments: Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days.

The exact timing may vary based on your payment provider and banking institution. If you don't see your refund after this period, please contact us.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • infoRequests made after the 24-hour window from the time of booking.
  • infoPartial usage of bundle packages (e.g., if you've already attended one session from an 8-session bundle).
  • infoSessions that have already been completed or rescheduled more than twice.
  • infoNo-shows where the client did not attend the scheduled session without prior notice.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your session:

  • event_availableYou may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
  • event_availableLate cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • event_availableBundle packages allow flexible rescheduling as long as sessions haven't been used.

Special Circumstances

In cases of emergencies, technical failures, or therapist unavailability:

  • support_agentWe will offer a full refund or free rescheduling, even outside the 24-hour window.
  • support_agentTechnical issues on our platform that prevent session delivery will be addressed with either a refund or make-up session.
